College of Social Sciences and Law PhD Scholarships
College of Social Sciences and Law (Information and Communication Studies) PhD Scholarships
The School of Information and Communication Studies is providing two PhD scholarships (one at the EU rate, one at the Non-EU rate) under the College of Social Science and Law Research Scholarship scheme.
Across the College, 25 scholarships are being provided. The awards are designed to underline both the College and University’s commitment to the pursuit of quality in research and graduate education.

About University College Dublin
University College Dublin also referred to as UCD is a research university in Dublin, Ireland. With over 1,480 faculty and 32,000 students.
The Dublin largest university starts in a body founded in 1854 with John Henry Newman as the first rector, re-formed in 1880 and chartered in its own right in 1908.
Goal of the Scholarship
The overall purpose is to entice applicants of the highest academic specifications to take part in and expand School-based organized PhD programmes in the College of Social Sciences and Law (CSSL).
How to Apply
Students must send a PhD application via the normal school process. All applications will be considered by this deadline for the scholarship.
