Janashree Bima Yojana (JBY) provide insurance to rural poor peoples

Friends, The Indian Government has given press release for this program and said that about Rs 2.03 crore has been distributed under this program in 2011-2012 financial year. Rs 128.08 have been claimed in this JBY program.


The main theme of this program is to provide life insurance for rural and urban poor people who is below poverty line. If your age is between 18 and 59 years and below poverty line you can claim for it.

State government is responsible for this program. You have to pay Rs 200 annual premium. It has been done by Life insurance Corporation of India.


Natural Death : Rs 20,000

Accidental Death: Rs 50,000

Permanent Disable : Rs 50,000

Partial Disable : Rs 25,000

Friends, Indian Government is running two insurance schemes for weaker section of the society. According to press information bureau, under this scheme, 2.03 crore insurance have been covered in 2011-2012 financial year. Rs 128.08 crore have been paid for Insurance.
I would like to introduce this program in front of you. This is a insurance program by Indian Government which covers free money for the blind disability and death insurance for benefit of whom who are rural landless households aged between 18 to 59 years in the country. It provides both accidental and natural insurance and both type of disability which is either partial or permanent.
Grants for summer camps for individuals with disabilities
It has been sponsored by both State and Central Government.It has some premium amount which you have to pay i.e. Rs 200.
Benefits of AABY
Natural Death : RS 30,000
Accidental : Rs 75,000
Permanent Disability : RS 75,000
Partial Disability : Rs 37,500
Scholarships: Two children will get Rs 300 per quarter per child

How to get Disability Certificate in very simple Process in India

If you are disabled and want to get certificate easily, it was to hard to get earlier days, now the Government made it very simple process to get it fast.

On 10th May 2012, The Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment has changed the rules of Person with Disabilities(which has equal rights and opportunities).
The disability certificate will be issued by a single director in case of obvious disability. If not found obvious, the certificate will be issued by a specialist.

The certificate will be available in only 7 days from the date of application you applied.
To get disability certificate, only one doctor’s signature is required, if multiple disability found, multi member board required.
